Companies. We are interested in hidden champions with a proven business model and clear future prospects.
Industries. We invest industry-agnostically in all sectors with long-term sustainable development prospects. Previous investment activities include production, trade and services.
Geography. We invest in companies in Europe, primarily in the DACH region.
Size. Our focus is on profitable companies with an EBITDA between €1m and €5m. Thanks to our investor-independent structure, we can also execute larger transactions in individual cases.
Structure. Whether succession situation, MBO/MBI, growth capital, spin-offs / carve outs, buy and build, public-to-private or secondaries – we are flexible.
Shareholding. Our clear focus is on majority investments, but under the right circumstances minority investments can also be interesting for us.
